MY Story…
Hi! I’m Sophie - a Degree qualified Naturopath and Nutritionist and an accredited member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society.
After a diagnosis of PCOS in 2008, I began my own healthy journey and realised that our bodies have the inherent ability to repair, and when supported with evidence-based herbal medicine, as well as dietary and lifestyle recommendations, deep healing and restoration can occur.
I am now a mother to my delightful toddler Bodhi via natural conception.
I love supporting women through the ebbs and flows of hormones over all the life stages and delve deep into your health history to identify the root cause of your health concerns. For me, there is no ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach - instead we will work together to tailor your treatment plan to your individual needs.

GUACAMOLE (VG, GF, DF, RSF)
Dip into some crackers, corn chips or vegetable sticks as a snack or add as a side to any main meal such as roast vegetables or Mexican!

This quick and easy go to is the perfect substitute for eggs when you break your fast – high in protein, calcium, iron & phytoestrogens! It is a great change up from our beloved avocado on toast – better yet, add together for a protein boost.
Walnut Pesto (V, GF, DF, RSF)
Use as a dip for crackers, vegetable sticks, add to your sandwich instead of butter, add to salads, or toss through with pulse pasta or spiraled zucchini spaghetti.
